Ivy League institution pilots digital resume book that helped employers shortlist candidates in advance. 100% of surveyed employers said they’d use it again, and the institution has since expanded it to additional career fairs. PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL — May 27, 2026 — A new platform designed to enhance campus recruiting events helped employers pre-identify candidates at a recent Ivy League career fair, with half of participating students shortlisted before the fair began. Snapshot works as a dropbox and relay system: students upload their resume, portfolio if applicable, and audio intro once; employers review profiles and mark who catches their attention; and students get notified about which companies shortlisted them.
