FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL — May 11, 2026 — Jobfair®, the pre-event resume book platform for university career fairs, today announced it is rebranding as Snapshot. The new name reflects what the platform has always been built to do: help students show up to career fairs as people, not paperwork, and help employers see them that way. "Career fairs are one of the last places in hiring where real human connection still happens," said Michael Gosiker, Founder of Snapshot. "We don't want to change that, we want to make it better. Snapshot gives employers a window into the students they will see at the event in a way that simply isn’t possible with job boards. Now more than ever, it’s our duty to preserve and enhance the people at the center of all of this." Why the ChangeThe career fair has always been the moment that matters. It's the handshake, the eye contact, the five-minute conversation that turns a name on a page into a person an employer remembers. No platform replaces that, and Snapshot was never built to try. What Snapshot does is set that moment up to succeed. A resume can tell an employer where a student went to school. It can't tell them how that student communicates, what they care about, or what they've made. What's New, What's NotThe rebrand brings a refreshed identity, a new domain at joinsnapshot.com, and updated email addresses for partner career centers. The underlying platform — including resume uploads, audio introductions, portfolio uploads, employer shortlisting, and student notifications — remains fully intact. All existing logins, data, and integrations continue to work as before. |
